Lavender Wedding Inspiration Shoot at Carnton Plantation

Lavender Wedding Style Shoot by Abigail Bobo Photography

Not only is Carnton Plantation in Franklin, Tennessee one of my favorite historical homes to visit, it’s also a stunning location for weddings! Abigail Bobo Photography and Jessica Sloane teamed up with an amazing selection of vendors to offer today’s “copper and orchid” wedding inspiration at Carnton Plantation!

Jessica shares her thoughts on the design:

“I usually shy away from anything purple or too pink, but orchid is such a feminine color. And paired with copper, it’s a bit unexpected, yet warm and inviting. It reminds me of a warm day on the patio, breathing in the sweet scent of honeysuckle, surrounded by all the new spring growth. I love hellebores in the spring. Their pinkish/purple edges are so delicate and beautiful. They inspired the romanticism captured in this shoot.”
