Georgia Wedding at the Wheeler House
This Georgia wedding at The Wheeler House by Rustic White Photography is everything southern and beautiful. From the early, 20th century home, to the groomsmen’s mismatched bow ties and suspenders, I can’t get enough of all of the charming details! Bride and groom, Erin and Baron, share some sweet details about their love story below. Enjoy all the pink and navy details!
From the groom…
“We knew each other in high school but went into the world and did our own thing. Nine years later we began dating after a friend request on Facebook. After only dating nine months, I asked Erin to marry me when she returned from a business trip. She spoiled all my surprises. So she had to settle for a quiet back porch proposal. We picked the Wheeler House as our venue because it fit our style and taste. As a tribute to our grandparents who could not join us, we did a tribute to them in a glass window with...
We love quick and easy DIY wedding tutorials like this one! Learn how to make these easy tissue paper pom poms to use for decoration at your wedding!
Watch the video for an easy step-by-step tutorial, then view the photos below for detailed images of the process.
Thank you so much JoPhoto for providing these lovely images!
1. Tissue Paper (the more layers of tissue paper you use, the tighter your pom pom will look.)
2. Scissors
3. Pipe Cleaner
Take about 5 sheets of tissue paper and lay them on top of each other. Fold them together in a back and forth motion. It should look like a fan or accordion when you are finished.

Take your scissors and cut the tips of the folded tissue...
Brown and Beige Fall Color Palette
It always amazes me how beautiful neutral colors can be, especially for fall weddings! This fall wedding color palette shows how a deep brown, complemented with beige and off-white, creates a stylish color palette that is both rustic and elegant. As much as I love pops of bright color, sometimes a soft, neutral palette like this one is so warm and inviting!

What to wear for engagement photos is such a commonly asked question, and we are so excited to have Knoxville wedding photographer, JoPhoto, to help us answer it! They tell us why engagement photos are so important, what to wear, and a few extra tips on how to have a successful engagement shoot. Enjoy and be inspired!
Engagement photo sessions are usually the first time you work with your photographer. Often, it is also the first time you and your fiance have professional photos taken together. Not only do engagement photo shoots help us build rapport with you before the wedding day, but we also often find that couples are more relaxed about photos when the wedding day arrives because they’ve already worked with us at their engagement photo shoot. You are more relaxed in front of our cameras, and you know what to expect! Because engagement photo sessions are so important, we include them in all...
I love this three-pocket napkin fold because it allows you to be creative with how to display your silverware. I tucked the silverware between the folds with a little floral accent, but you can choose to use this fold even with the silverware placed to the side. It's super simple and adds the perfect touch of class to any tablescape!

Today’s Fashion Favorites inspiration is all about mismatched black bridesmaid dresses! I love the idea of having your bridesmaids wear different dresses with a similar theme. Today, I show how gorgeous mismatched, black bridesmaid dresses can be with a pop of color. For this particular inspiration board, I chose to pair the dresses with pops of pink, but black bridesmaid dresses would look classy with really any accent color such as white, champaign, or lavender!
