Kailee and Isaac got hitched at the enchanting all-inclusive mansion venue, Duck Pond Manor, in Sparta, Tennessee. These two met at a high school basketball game and have been inseparable ever since! Their wedding venue dates back to 1861 and was originally known as England Manor. The entire 5,000-square-foot building was built using bricks fired in a kiln on the property. Even the original Apple House still stands behind the mansion. With so much history between Kailee and Isaac, it feels very symbolic that they picked such a historical landmark to say, “I do.”Kailee’s Advice for Other Couples
“It was the perfect day! If I had any advice for other engaged couples it would be to pick an all-inclusive venue,” says the bride, Kailee.
Duck Pond Manor provided several of Kailee and Isaac’s vendors. Their catering, florist, and cake were all provided by her venue. Luckily enough, the couple was given the opportunity to work with the wedding planner, Terra Ballinger with Duck Pond Manor, to pull all the details together!
Mix-and-match Bridesmaids Dresses
“All the bridesmaids' dresses came from random places,” said Kailee.
Mix-and-matching bridesmaid dress styles have been a huge trend recently. Many brides these days advise their bridesmaids to pick a style of cocktail dress or evening gown that is flattering to their body shape and size, as long as it matches the particular color theme selected. This gives the bridal party some flexibility on personal preferences, price, and fit…a win-win for all.
Couture Bridal Gown
Kailee’s gown was purchased at Couture by Tess Bridal in Cookeville, Tennessee. It added all the sparkle to her look and fit her sparkling personality like a glove. Her Giovanna Alessandro gown displays multiple layers of soft tulle that fall into a delicate A-line shape skirt. A sparkly lace-adorned bodice with a strong boning structure makes this dress truly unique. Gorgeous intricate beadwork is displayed throughout the entire bodice. The cap sleeve shoulder feature of pure beaded lace hangs delicately around the décolletage.
“My gown was dramatic and glamorous! It was more than I was expecting,” Kailee said.
“Kailee wore the Joana gown by Giovanna Alessandro. It is a lightweight tulle A-line with a slit, and silver beading detail along the neckline and comes with a beautiful matching neckpiece of the same beadwork. Working with her was a delight as she was a bride who liked the unique look and appeal of the neckpiece for Joana. She was a fun, sweet bride,” Sasha Roberts, a bridal consultant with Couture by Tess Bridal adds.A Perfect Plan
The day started off with getting ready in the bridal and groom quarters with their wedding parties followed by an outdoor ceremony and capturing portraits on the beautiful grounds. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful and sunny, complimenting those open-air plans. The whole affair ended with dinner and dancing the night away with their closest friends and family and a delicious white wedding cake dripping in chocolate for dessert. The couple's guests helped them complete the evening with a fun bubble send-off before they ran off into the sunset together to start their next chapter in life.
