Today, we are featuring this stunning elegant chic barn wedding! If you are looking to get married in a rustic barn but want to add some chic and elegance to it, keep on reading because this wedding is filled with romance with blues, blushes, golds, and more!
This week’s wedding was at Orchard House Bed and Breakfast in Lovingston, Virginia. This wonderful and breathtaking venue is on 14-acre property, which includes the main house, farmhouse, event barn, and vineyard. The Orchard House weddings are perfect for up to 75 guests and they offer packages for small weddings and elopements, with accommodations included! If you are also looking to have your bachelorette party there you can also book with them and enjoy your girl’s weekend!
The color scheme for this wedding was mixed with golds, blues, blushes, and more with vibrant wildflowers which we absolutely loved! We appreciate the little details in this shoot like matching the wedding invitations to the theme of the wedding! Incorporating your wedding colors when you are making your invitations lets guests get a feel of how your wedding will be like! We loved how all the gold and blushes complimented the rustic barn! The wedding arbor was decorated to perfection adding blush drapery over it and some colorful floral arrangements with candles all around. Adding flowers to your arbor is always a great way to not only incorporate your flowers into your wedding but also make them pop more!
Both brides and grooms were in classic wedding dresses and suits. The two brides had classic yet elegant wedding dresses with hair accessories that complimented the theme of the wedding. One of the grooms wore a gray fitted suit with a matching boutonniere while the other groom went a more casual route wearing a white button-down with a blush bowtie which complimented the bride's halo.
All of the tables were placed under bistro string lights in front of the barn and each table was beautifully decorated with white linens, blush table runners, elegant gold chargers with colorful glass vases filled with wildflowers and candles to create a romantic outdoor dining experience under string lights. This is such a glamorous way to uplift your wedding tables and have your guest's love stuck - everything about it is purely elegant! Not only were the tables elegant but the desserts! The two-tier cake was simple but with a few of those colorful flowers, it added the perfect touch to make this wedding cake captivating! If you are looking for an alternative instead of serving your cake at your wedding, having some desserts around your cake is the best way so that your guest can help themselves!
