Are you feeling inspired about bohemian weddings but don't know how to add your southern twist to them? We are feeling so inspired about this styled shoot and we are headed down south to show you how to pull off the perfect southern and bohemian wedding. The styled shoot took place at a venue named Ashton Cole Place in Thomson, Georgia. The theme of the shoot was to twist the vintage southern charm and care-free bohemian style. The color scheme for the shoot was to highlight fall with the muted greens, burnt oranges, plums, and light hints of blush.
The bride was dressed in a southern ball gown dress with a macramé bouquet wrap and a braid with flowers in her hair to tie in the free bohemian vibe. The groom’s attire was relaxed with a basic white shirt and touches of color within the tie. The macramé at the ceremony was handmade with fiber and the bouquet wraps were made by the photographer, Nicole Cole with Soulshine Photography.
The flowers were all arranged differently. They consisted of deep colors to contrast the light roses and burnt orange ferns. They added a fun mix of dried goods, pampas grass, bunny tails, and eucalyptus. The table setting had been arranged with antique candles, brass candlesticks, and amber glass. The tablescape was designed to highlight the floral artistry of eucalyptus, vines, and air plants.
This styled shoot was made for the southern girl who is in love with the care-free bohemian style. This allows for an adventurous southern couple romance story to come to life. The pops of colors and different floral arrangements make this wedding stand out on its own. We are feeling so inspired about this shoot and we hope you are too!
