About Us

Smithview Pavilion is Blount County's premier outdoor event facility. Our venue has a covered 3200 square ft. area to accommodate 200 dining guests. We have a spacious prep style kitchen and a bridal lounge. Our rental packages include chairs, tables for 100 guests. Also, table linens & floral. Extras of these items are on-site and available to rent for a nominal fee.

  • Our location can host the ceremony, the reception and the rehearsal dinner.
  • It has access to both inside and outside.
  • It can accomodate 200 seat guests.
  • Outside caterers are welcome.
  • The following items are included in the rental of our location: Included in our packages are the following rental items: 12 round tables, 8 dozen chairs, 4 banquet sized tables, 4 high top Bistro style tables, 20 table linens, 8 lanterns with candles. Also included is a floral credit with the Flower Shop, set-up of our tables/chairs, breakdown of our tables/chairs, kitchen, Bridal lounge and limited audio equipment.
  • We include the following with the rental of our location: We are only 4.5 miles from the Knoxville Airport and 20 miles from Townsend. We are convenietly located in the city of Maryville 1 block off of E. Lamar Alexander Parkway.

We allow all outside vendors to use our venue. We will be happy to make recommendations for you if needed.

Our wedding coordinator/director, Jessica is dedicated to bringing your wedding to life exactly as you’ve always imagined, while remaining committed to personal, customized service. We also recognize the need to provide customized levels of service to meet the individual planning needs and budgets of all of our clients. Showers & Bachelor/ette Parties

$300.00 - $1,295.00

Our Event Center has 1 large banquet room that may be divided into 3 smaller sections.The rental prices reflect only the section of the banquet room you will need. No need to rent the entire facility if your guest list is small. We also have the Hampton Hall at Smith Professional Center which will accommodate a maximum of 75 guests. Both of these facilities include tables, chairs and the use of the kitchen facilities.

Rehearsal Dinners

$300.00 - $750.00

Our Event Center is a perfect location to host the Rehearsal dinner. The rental includes the use of the round tables, chairs and the use of the kitchen. We will be happy to make recommendations, but you are free to use any outside vendor you wish.
